NEWSLETTER - Volume 16 - December, 1998

========================================

Dear Participants,

First of all: we want to wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy Newyear ! We hope you like our attached Christmas card.

**** YOUR REPORTS... ****

This section is ment for those participants who didn't send us a report till now...

Our participants list is growing and growing... that is good news. However, we noticed that there are participants who are on our list now for over than 6 months without sending us (or publishing) a report on endangered animals.

We discussed this and we think we found a solution: we added the month on the list in which you signed in... starting with oct. 1998 (for participants who signed in before oct.98 or in oct.98).

We don't want to make a long list of schools who are concerned about endangered animals: we want to make a list of participants who make and/or made reports on endangered animals. So, if you want to stay on the list, you have to send us at least one report, made by you or your students.

We think 4 months will be enough to make a report; if you need more time and you want to stay on our list, just let us know.

A project like this is time consuming for fulltime classroom teachers like us, so we hope you will understand why we need to take such a decree.

Of course: participants who already sent us one or more reports: you still can send more if you wish. Anyway, you will stay on the list.

We also will remove participants from whom their email address is not working anymore. We suggest you all will have a look at the participants lists !

**** SUBMIT REPORTS ****

oct98 >> send your report(s) before the end of February 99

nov98 >> send your report(s) before the end of March 99

dec98 >> send your report(s) before the end of April 99

We will notify you two weeks before you reach the end of the submit-period, so you can let us know if you need more time; if we don't get an email from you after that, we suggest it is OK that we take you from the list.
