The patterns of stripes on the back of the tiger help to identify themselves just like human's fingerprints. Tiger's night vision 6 times better than humans eye, the night vision they have helps them to hunt at night. The stripes also help them to camouflage during the day and night, and lighter in snowy places and darker in hotter places. Tigers have the largest canine teeth of all land-eating animals; tigers have 4 canine teeth that are in the front of their jaw. Their whiskers are very sensitive, because their whiskers are like human fingers. Their whiskers also help them to avoid rocks, trees. Their ears are shaped funny like semi-circled. They also eat small animals such as: Monkeys, peafowl, and frogs. The tigers might attack porcupines, but they'll get quills in their face or boby. Tigers just about always hunts at night. In day the tiger creeps up behide, then it gets ready to leap. Next it leaps to its victim, then it bites its prey in the nerve cord on the spine. The prey quickly dies, but it's not a painful death so the prey doesn't feel a anything. The tiger strikes with it's canine teeth. It's not easy hunting, because the animals runs almost as fast as them.
The Chinese chopped down the forests so the tigers can't live there. Humans are also enemies too, because they hunt for their furs. Some people use their heads as Trophies and rugs and wall hangers. The tiger carries her babies for 3and a half months at a time. The mother has too brought back 3x as more food for her young. The mother also carries her young by the neck; this is not painful because they're a bundle of fur that the mother bites on.
They hunt at night when the animals are asleep so it is easier to hunt. They leave their cubs from 18 months to 2 years old. They mark territory by scratching trees and spraying urine on bushes and trees. The tiger swims in lakes and water holes if it's too hot in the jungle. It sleeps for short times at a time.
