Did you know that chimpanzees are mammals? They are fuzzy and furry and black. They are smart, too. They are 100 or 120 pounds, but babies only weigh 30 pounds. They swing from tree to tree and they hang too. They walk also. They live in rainy forests, too. They live in Africa too. They eat bush pigs and young monkeys and insects, too. People hunt for them. Chimps are endangered. Most of them live to be 60. If they are lucky they live to be 70.
