Cougars

By the age of 20 or 22 months, cougars learn to stalk. Stalking is moving slowly toward their prey.
Cougars became endangered because their wilderness is being chopped down by people.
They are part of the cat family.
Cougars eat deer, moose or anything they can catch.
Cougars have small heads, long necks and thick tails.
Cougars communicate by purring and putting their ears and tail up. This shows how they feel.
They were born by their mother, not an egg.
Cougar moms usually have 3 or 4 babies.
A cougar’s predators are bears.
They live to age 11 or older..
Dutch translation will be added soon.
