Common Name : Coxen's Fig Parrot

Scientific Name : Psittaculirostris diophthalma coxeni

Habitat :
Found in the subtropical rainforests of the Macpherson Ranges and Lamington National Park in Queensland.

Diet :
Eats nectar and the seeds of wild figs and insects.

Size :
It reaches a maximum of 150mm.

Danger :

The destruction of the rainforests is the problem.
