The Black Bear

 

Black bears live in forests from Alaska to the northern parts of Canada and all the way to Mexico and Florida.The black bear roams the forest in Washington and Maine.The black bears color ranges from white to black.They weigh from 125 to 600 pounds.They are the smallest bears in North America. From the ground to a full grown bear it is only 4 and a half feet tall. People hunt them and we change the forest habitat by cutting down trees and grizzly bears attack them.
