The Koala

The Koala comes from the tropical region in Australia. They get weighed while they are in a wired basket. People put them in there and then they see how much they weigh. They subtract the weight from the basket.

Koala's colors can be: grayish, blackish, or brown and black together. They also have some white on their tummy's.

Koala's are born after a gestation period of about 25 to 30 days. Koala's spend about 6 months in their mother's pouch

Koala's like cedar trees and they eat there leaves. The animal's avoid young leaves they are poisonous. They also sometimes live in trees.
